On February 4, 2013, Sheldon Edward Parker entered a guilty plea to forty (40) counts of aggravated incest for incidents that occurred between January 1, 2008 and August 31, 2011. Parker pled guilty to all counts he was charged with. Assistant District Attorney David Palay prosecuted the case and accepted the plea with the consent of the victim. Parker’s sentencing is set for August 9, 2013.
