On November 6, 2015 Judge Ron Ware found James Oliver McKeehan, Jr. guilty of Second Degree Battery following a Bench Trial. The conviction stems from a March 21, 2015 incident in Lake Charles. On September 24, 2015 a jury unanimously convicted Terry James Goodeaux, 52, of two counts of Sexual Battery and one count of Attempted Simple Battery. Goodeaux was convicted of attempting to touch a seven-year-old girl on July 24, 2013. He was also convicted of inappropriately touching two seven-year-old girls on August 7, 2013.
